As founder and CEO of PQE Group, my vision is to create a work environment with no discrimination in relation to sex, age, religion or culture. I recognize and value how diversity and talent development can be a great added value to business models at all levels.
I am a strong supporter of activities related to corporate social responsibility in the fields of research , education, ecology, and direct involvement in local communities.
Each Year, we support Rare Partners in their efforts to raise awareness and find a cure for Usher’s Syndrome, a rare genetic disease and a cause that is especially close to my heart. For the year 2021, we are supporting the biggest swim challenge around Italy that will involve different pharmaceutical companies. More recently,
PQE Group has worked with charitable organizations focused on helping disadvantaged children around the world, such as Help for Friends and Amare Onlus.

“Where It All Began”
Where it all started
I first started PQE Group out of my home in Tuscany, which is depicted in this oil painting. Located in front of the main building was the company’s first office when it opened in 1998.
To this day, this painting still hangs on my office wall in Milan as a constant reminder of just how far we’ve come.

What started out of a small home office with just me and five others has grown into a global business.
