Argentina is a beautiful country with a rich culture and history – and extensions of our PQE Group family! We recently opened a regional office in Buenos Aires that will serve the entire Cono Sur or “Southern Cone” area which includes Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, and Paraguay.
The bustling pharmaceutical industry in Argentina is worth $4.6 billion USD alone, and our team is excited to have the opportunity to innovate Life Sciences throughout the region with our transformative initiatives and mission. Our South American branch opened in March 2021 and grew to a team of seven this year. Starting next year, the office will increase operations to 30 people! What is incredibly impressive is that during this timeframe, our team was able to service 160 active clients.
These milestones were reached because of the dedication of our amazing team members who show unwavering commitment to the pharmaceutical sector and the lives worldwide that it impacts. We are also proud to have Roberto Reviglio leading our Cono Sur office after becoming an asset to our endeavors in Rome. Roberto is originally from Buenos Aires, so he can teach our team about the local culture and how to integrate effectively into the community.
Traveling is a huge part of my life and passion and I have always loved exploring Argentina, which makes me even more optimistic about PQE Group’s involvement across South America. One of my favorite spots to visit was the breathtaking Perito Moreno Glacier, which reminded me of the importance of taking time to relax and be in the moment – which I hope our team members take the time to do as well!
The evolution of our new space in the region is a testament to how growing into different lifestyles and cultures helps cultivate a more connective and transformational world. The journey of bringing our company vision to new heights in Life Sciences and new communities worldwide would not have been possible without our dedicated team and the support of our customers. Our office in the Southern Cone is an integral addition and will help us achieve our objectives on a larger scale.
