Letter from the CEO & Founder

As we venture deeper into 2023, I want to highlight our innovative strategy to boost growth by reinforcing our service portfolio and entering new markets. Last year we achieved tremendous success, and we have no intention of slowing down. Named for the second year in a row as the “Best Managed Company” by Deloitte and with 32 offices and 2000 employees worldwide, we closed 2022 with a +70% in revenues compared to the previous year, thanks to the exceptional growth across the US and international markets. 

I am so proud of our widespread global expansion. We will continue this trend into the future with a recruiting effort of another 800 talents in the Americas and new markets, including Turkey, Saudi Arabia, North Africa, Singapore, Ireland, and Canada. The evolution of our contemporary spaces throughout various regions is a testament to how integrating into different lifestyles and cultures helps cultivate a more connective and transformational world. 

Our team also aims to increase strategic business collaborations by creating joint ventures with global entrepreneurs, similar to the shareholding agreements established last year with Techniconsult Group and Quintian Pharma, giving us a competitive advantage across international markets. We must expand our portfolio and best position ourselves among the top consulting companies worldwide. 

The success of PQE Group is tied to the community’s well-being and the environment to which we belong. Because of this, our path is not linked to generating business; we also use our voice and resources to make a positive change in the world. Our strategy will always include putting people at the core of our business and striving for our worldwide operation to promote diversity, inclusion, and a safe environment with no discrimination concerning sex, age, religion, or culture.

Our talented and highly specialized workforce can benefit from planned career roadmaps and an associate program to develop young talents to enter the company as partners. Within this framework, the company’s decision-making teams comprise 43 equity partners and more than 130 young managers, 40% of whom are women and from 16 different countries.

I look forward to bringing our company vision to new heights and communities, which would not have been possible without our dedicated team and the support of our customers and stakeholders. I wholeheartedly thank every one of you for your hard work and dedication.
