PQE Group 24th Anniversary

Happy birthday to PQE Group – an incredible company that I founded 24 years ago that has expanded into an international powerhouse! I am so proud of my amazing team that works tirelessly to innovate the Life Sciences industry and make our business and world a better place.

We began as a small start-up in Tuscany, Italy, made of only five senior consultants with the shared interest of delivering the highest expertise and safety within our industry. Now, we have grown into an award-winning worldwide enterprise featuring 45 nationalities among our 1500+ employees across 30 global offices.

PQE Group is a consistently great workplace because of our commitment to innovation and making diversity, inclusion, and equality the fundamental pillars of our mission. Our strength and vision are to create a work environment with no discrimination and where transparency and respect come first. We count on each person that works with us to collaborate and grow stronger together.

Our team believes that our success is connected to the community’s well-being and the environment to which we belong. Because of this, we work tirelessly to implement progressive corporate social responsibility initiatives to improve our atmosphere. At PQE Group, we focus on clean water and sanitation, gender equality, good health and well-being, and reduced inequalities. Each of these vital developmental aspects can be of added value to business models at all levels.

I am proud of PQE Group for striving for the most significant positive impact and being the change we want to see in the world by engaging our employees and designing transformative products and services. I keep a painting that was created by one of the team members of our very first headquarters at my house in the countryside. It reminds me of how far we have come – and of all the places we have yet to go!
