I am always overcome with a sense of gratitude when I reflect on how much PQE Group has evolved as a company. From just a few dedicated individuals to a worldwide enterprise, I am always so proud of and astounded by our achievements.
For the second year in a row, PQE Group has ranked among Deloitte’s Italian list of “Best Managed Companies” based on seven success factors: Strategy, Skills and Innovation, Commitment and Corporate Culture, Governance and Performance Measurement, Sustainability, Supply Chain, and Internationalization. Italian businesses that demonstrate excellence in these areas through their operations earn this award for their quality standards.
Deloitte offers global business consulting services that drive progress and help clients become leaders wherever they choose to compete. They share in PQE Group’s values that our core working methods must include integrity and aim to improve society around us. This accomplishment confirms once again that our organization and diverse team are on the right path toward innovation.
I was honored to attend the award ceremony at the Palazzo Mezzanotte in Milan and speak on behalf of our amazing team. Regardless of the obstacles we have faced over the years, our company has continued to expand and develop internationally. I am proud to say that this award proves that our strategy to enhance human capital has been successful.
